Job Summary
TheSTEPS Business Office Assistant will the Veterinary Science Business Office in the management of departmental finance, purchasing and administrative duties. Duties including but not limited to:
- Creating expense reports in Concur
- Creating and updating reports using Tableau and Excel
- Assist with departmental events, projects and initiatives
- provide backup to departmental payroll
- Assist with community building activities
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience with Concur, SAP, and Tableau, time management, organization, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Excel
