Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 25 pounds, being on feet for multiple hours at a time, working events.

Shift

35 hours per week. Flexible but between 8-4 M-F, events may require nights

Job Summary

This STEPS position will assist the Graduate Medical Education Office, specifically GME Special Projects Coordinator and GME Registrar. During this time of year, GME on-boards and exits trainees, which includes hosting several events. Position duties may include placing orders, managing schedules, assembling promotional packages, assist with event preparations and day-of operations, fielding questions, providing excellent customer service, and more.

  • Experience providing project support, including task tracking and follow-up
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, the ability to adjust priorities during busy or high-demand periods.

  • Ability to effectively use AI tools and emerging technologies to support administrative and event-related tasks
