Job Summary
The STEPS Interim Graduate Slate Coordinator will maintain, expand and implement Slate technology infrastructure supporting the Office of the Graduate School along with limited support for Undergraduate Admission.
The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse team of admission analysts and technical team members to understand, analyze, diagnose and assist in resolving issues. They will be able to manage and prepare for successfully completing system updates and new enhancements, including writing and maintaining plans, documents concerns and resolving problems,
They will be able to lead the development of coherent and robust business processes, including documentation and training. They will be able to identify and define new process improvement opportunities. The successful candidates will be innovative, a self-trainer and want to work in a place where they can make a difference.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, self-starter, understanding of university policies and structure, strong communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in technology or business plus four years or more related experience preferred. Experience specifically with the higher education system Slate preferred.
