15 hours per week; work shift between: 5am-10pm Weekdays, 8am-9pm weekends

Job Summary

The STEPS MoveWell Fitness Training Staff member will provide excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the facility.

This role is responsible for:
  • Opening and closing the facility
  • Supervising participants
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment,
  • Delivering high-quality health and fitness services

The STEPS MoveWell Fitness Training Staff will conduct health and fitness consultations, develop and implement individualized exercise programs, and support participants in achieving their wellness goals.

This position requires strict adherence to policies and procedures, strong teamwork skills, and active collaboration with the Health and Wellness team and programs.

Prior personal training experience is required.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Must be knowledgeable inhuman anatomy and physiology, have experience personal training individuals, have a flexible work schedule. Timeliness and teamwork is a must.
