Job Summary
We’re looking for an organized, people-friendly team player to support the Equine Science and Management undergraduate program and the broader UK Ag Equine Programs!
This role is all about helping students succeed while keeping programs, events, and daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities can include:
- Coordinating logistics for academic and internship activities
- Maintaining and retrieving information from databases
- Supporting instructional experiential learning courses
- Assisting with the planning and execution of student-focused events
- Resource organization
- Office and reception support

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Good communication skills for this role are imperative. Ability to work well with others and provide a positive work environment, as well as a friendly face for those entering the office. Desire to work as a team when needed but also can work independently with little oversight to complete a task. Good computer skills-proficient in basic software.
