Job Summary

Position will help coordinate and prepare all things related Continuing Education courses and events. Provide customer service to registrants and maintain records for the department.

Preferred Education/Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully, manage time effectively, multi-task, and work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or event registration software.
  • Experience in an academic or continuing education environment
