Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Role Description:
  • Isannah H. Lee, CPA, PSC. is a local CPA firm seeking a dedicated employee, part-time or full-time, to complete the daily operations of the office. The applicant will gain experience in administrative tasks and data entry in a professional office setting. The applicant will work closely alongside CPA and office staff.
  • The job may be used as an internship, or for college credit, if the student gets the approval of the applicable college department head.
  • Applicant can start as soon as they are hired with no specific end date.


Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, faxing, etc.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Data-entry
  • Collate individual and business tax returns for return to client
  • Collate payroll tax returns for return to client
  • Provide general support to visitors of the office
