Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Isannah H. Lee, CPA, PSC. is a local CPA firm seeking a dedicated employee, part-time or full-time, to assist with the daily operations of the office. The applicant will gain experience in administrative tasks and data entry in a professional office setting. The applicant will work closely alongside CPA and office staff.

The job may be used as an internship, or for college credit, if the student gets the approval of the applicable college department head.

Responsibilities

- Administrative Duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Data-entry
- Collate individual and business tax returns for return to client
- Collate payroll tax returns for return to client
- Provide general support to visitors of the office
