Preferred Education/Experience

Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

Job Summary

Calypso is a women’s boutique focused on curated, elevated everyday style. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This role will focus on leading our email and SMS marketing efforts, while also supporting content creation through graphic design and visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with our Content & Digital Manager to execute campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and sales.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Plan, create, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns (weekly + promotional)
Design visually cohesive emails that align with Calypso’s brand aesthetic
Write engaging copy for email and SMS that reflects brand voice and drives action
Manage campaign scheduling, segmentation, and audience targeting
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns
Collaborate on overall content strategy with the Content & Digital Manager
Assist with graphic design needs including email assets, website visuals, and marketing materials
Support uploading and organizing content on the website as needed
Maintain an organized digital asset library for marketing use
