Job Summary
The Student Circle of Love Coordinator will oversee the planning and implementation of the Circle of Love program, which provides holiday support to children in local schools. This position is responsible for coordinating volunteers, managing donation collection and pick-up, and serving as the primary liaison with participating schools. The Coordinator will work an average of 5–8 hours per week, with increased hours required in November and December.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, schedule, and support student, faculty, and staff volunteers.
• Serve as the point of contact for local schools to confirm student needs and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate the collection, organization, and distribution of donations.
• Track program participation, donations, and volunteer hours.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor and community partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with program evaluation.
• Support outreach and marketing efforts to increase awareness of the Circle of Love program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
