Job Summary

Xpert Security Consultants is actively seeking vigilant, assertive, and professional Security Officers to join our growing team. We are currently hiring male and female college students for a role position as Nightlife Security Officers or Business Development Associates. This unique opportunity blends real-world protective service experience with entry-level exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of the private security industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professionally managed environment for patrons and staff within nightlife venues. Your primary focus will include conflict prevention and intervention, enforcement of venue policies, and visible deterrence of disruptive behavior.

In addition to field operations, qualified candidates will also contribute to the business development of Xpert Security Consultants. This may include assisting with recruitment efforts, event coordination, campus outreach, and representing the brand in professional settings.

Training is provided for all selected candidates, including instruction in:
-Venue and nightlife security operations
-Behavioral recognition and threat assessment
-Conflict de-escalation and nonviolent intervention
-Emergency medical response basics
-Incident reporting and legal considerations
-Brand representation and communications





Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

-Must be 18 years or older
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and professional under pressure
-Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
-Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
-Willingness to complete training provided by Xpert Security Consultants
-Available to work nights and weekends
