Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Performs Operational tasks related to the efficient maintenance and running of the operations at the studio level. This position is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager and Studio Owner with all the daily studio operations in accordance with the Color Me Mine standards, processes, procedures and culture. The Studio Staff represents the Color Me Mine Brand by providing excellence in customer service and performance of operational tasks. The Studio Staff is responsible for promoting the Color Me Mine Brand and Experience with pride.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains high customer service standards
- Maintains Color Me Mine product knowledge to identify customers’ needs and best assist customers
- Maintains Color Me Mine technique knowledge to best assist customers
- Maintains Color Me Mine pricing knowledge to best assist customers
- Promotes Color Me Mine events and parties
- Handles customers’ pick up
- Maintains constant cleanliness of the studio to preserve Color Me Mine’s Brand image
- Reports defective items to the Studio Manager (Burned-out lightbulbs, broken items, etc, …)
- Answers phone and records and reports message to the Studio Manager or Studio Owner accordingly
- Performs Opening and Closing tasks
- Performs sales transactions
- Adheres to inventory and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) count schedules
-Deliver a world class customer experience experience to all visitors of Color Me Mine

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

- Must adhere to and enforce all Color Me Mine philosophies, policies and procedures
- Must represent Color Me Mine in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and in person
- Ability to remain calm, composed and professional during challenging situations
- Must be reliable, dedicated with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Must have strong and well-developed communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with other
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment with emphasis on strong customer
service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Abide by Color Me Mine policies and procedures
- Adaptable to softwares and technology adopted by Color Me Mine
