The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program)
Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.

The Role
Supercharge your early career and growth at Fidelity with personalized support, knowledgeable career guides and celebration of your achievements, while learning about Fidelity and building skills and experiences. In this role, you will be a front facing-client intern. You'll be job shadowing other associates listening on phone calls and start taking calls on your own as we help you build confidence and get the customer facing experience in real time. Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel – by completing individual/group tasks & projects, networking with colleagues, and building client relationships. This internship could lead into sales or customer service full time roles, such as the Investment Sales Associate, Customer Relationship Advocate, Financial Customer Associate, or Workplace Planning Associate.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience through a phone interaction
Effective communication
Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
A strong interest in financial services and/or getting FINRA licenses post-graduation
Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after their summer internship
Availability for entire 10-week program from June 1st – August 7th, 2026, and required to align to our hybrid working model

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
