The Team

Advanced Process Solutions is an organization passionate about process automation tools and technologies for Fidelity’s critical business processes and driving significant improvements in those processes – both local to individual businesses and cross-enterprise. This role is a key driver in matching the ideal process improvement tools and techniques to individual process optimization opportunities.

We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst based in Salt Lake City, Utah and will provide customer support and project management regarding technical issues and projects aligned to the XTRAC Suite of applications. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for deployment, monitoring, testing, and solutioning of customer environments.


The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelors’ Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating environment required.
  • 1+ years previous customer support experience required.
The Skills You Bring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Your ability to take on and resolve difficult, technical problems is required.
  • Your ability to work in a team-oriented environment is a must.
  • You will need to bring proven project management skills.
  • Client/Server Application Support a plus.
  • 1+ years’ experience writing Oracle SQL queries
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools required.
  • Application Administration or support experience preferred.
  • Linux systems administration experience is a plus
The Value You Deliver
  • You will serve as single point of contact for our customers
  • You will be asked to investigate and resolve incidents raised by customers
  • You will assist XTRAC Application Administrators with workflow related questions, requests, and issues
  • You will provide project planning and manage projects
  • You will be asked Produce weekly status reports as well as provide business context analysis of feature improvements
  • You will collect, document, and present end-user requirements
  • You will be encouraged to represent the customer when crafting new software features
  • You will participate in an on-call rotation for a team who provides 24x7 support.
