We are looking for a candidate to join our Investment Technology Helpdesk within the Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations (EI&O) organization. In this customer facing role, you will provide application support to Investment Professionals within our Fidelity Asset Management Solutions and High Income business units. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies in core Fidelity business units!

Candidate must be local to Boston, MA!

The Team

Our team works with both investment & technology professionals to support Asset Management Technology (AMT) solutions for our Equity, High Income & Fidelity Asset Management Solutions groups. AMT is an integral part of Asset Management and is responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, industry-leading investment tools that enable Fidelity to achieve a competitive advantage globally.
Our team works to assess and mitigate the business impact of production incidents every day. We analyze and solve customer reported issues and handle a variety of service requests. We work very closely with Operations on incident triage, communications & trending. We are the first point of contact for all technology issues ranging from routine to very complex.
The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience supporting a Windows 10/11 desktop computing environment including laptops and virtual desktops
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data to tell a story
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize when given multiple tasks
  • Ability to proactively identify process and execute on improvement opportunities that improve efficiency of the team
  • You have a grasp of cloud based infrastructures (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.). Certification is a plus
