Role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our group where our main focus in the Digital Workplace is to help Fidelity associates adopt new technologies and digital behaviors, while also helping them achieve higher levels of efficiency by using key digital capabilities. Day-to-day engagement across our digital tools will help associates find the information they need to do their jobs, engage across our global business, and control digital sprawl. We drive innovative digital experiences for our associates through associate-centric insights and engagement ensuring everyone has the right digital tools, training and support to do their best work. We use a test-and-learn approach, crafting more effective rollout and adoption experiences, and pay attention to every detail in the “last mile.” We work hand-in-hand across enterprise teams to jointly develop vision, prioritize, and complete specific tool strategies.

The Expertise You Have

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Technology field/Business with strong IT focus
  • 7+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment
  • Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams
  • Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations
  • Superb communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
  • Passionate about your craft with an ability to optimally collaborate and interact with global teams – assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products
  • Coordinate project planning and testing
  • Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities
  • Knowledge of Scaled agile, Agile development methodologies and Agile deployment
  • Ability to gather requirements and create stories and epics for delivery teams
  • Is driven and persistent. Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change

  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills (without direct authority of others).
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to cultivate support, lead change and drive acceptance at all levels of the organization, up to and including the executive level.
  • Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and communicate honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions
  • Ability to balance the needs of business partners, end users, and developers earning their trust to lead and inspire change
  • Deep understanding of the journey our associates take, not just as they use digital tools and technology, but in the real world
  • Ability to work with user research and design teams through multiple discovery techniques and strategies to make Digital Workplace consistently better
  • Use data to make decisions and drive insights
  • Have an affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovations

Dynamic Working

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
