The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65-85 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
The Role
A successful systems analyst will be a key member of an agile delivery squad but is also involved in solutioning with our Delivery Team Leads to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Examine inter-dependencies between systems
- Conduct requirements analysis and create proposals for modifications, upgrades, or replacements to systems.
- Participate in the design of new computer systems and applications.
- Document requirements through analysis of existing business models, use cases, workflow analysis, and documents
- Understand and document interfaces between systems.
- Collaborate with the broader team to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Use agile methodologies to achieve requirements.
- Use requirements analysis information to make recommendations to system functionality and create stories to execute recommendations.
- Support the implementation and operations of systems.
- Provide support to business and technical partners throughout all testing phases, including triaging system defects in production and non-production environments.
- May consult with internal and external clients to present proposals.
- Work within the team to ensure committed deliverables adhere to establish schedule.

We partner with internal FIG stakeholders and multiple organizations across Fidelity, most notably the Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA) to deliver modern solutions that scale.
