The role involves facilitating requirement sessions with business partners and vendor partners, articulating business requirements and working within the technology organization to deliver new features/functionality.

- Requirements analysis – own and run sessions to elicit business requirements, translate business needs into clear, relevant system requirements
- Analysis – evaluating design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability and maintainability to meet business needs. Respond to regulatory changes and Technology modernization.
- Research – ability to query on prem and cloud databases and Navigate through Mainframe COBOL programs and .NET services to investigate business requirements and existing functionality.
- Documentation: Produce and/or maintain system feature/workflow design documentation of existing or new systems
- Generation of use cases based on inputs from business users
- Liaison/SME – Act as liaison between business and development team, E2E understanding of product and business capabilities with high level technical information
- Testing Support – supporting squads to review test cases and testing results to ensure meeting business requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience

- Tech Aptitude – strong understanding of SQL, relational database and data model + fluency with API contracts, Familiarity with .NET code , Familiarity with Cobol programs, Familiarity working in shared DevOps model
