Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Role
As a member of the Fidelity TalentSource Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, FTS Human Resources, TA Operations, and various business partners across the firm. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both associates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs essential administrative and operational functions that support all phases of the recruitment and assignment management lifecycle.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the judgment to escalate issues when appropriate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Process oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve workflows
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with urgency, accuracy, and a solution focused approach
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively to build productive relationships with team members and business partners
The Value You Deliver
  • Creating new job postings in ProSource and Bullhorn
  • Using Textio to validate job descriptions before publishing
  • Requesting HR review to determine FLSA classification
  • Creating placements when candidates are selected for roles
  • Notifying internal and external partners of start date changes as needed
  • Assisting with additional support functions such as scheduling and moving SOW workers into job postings
  • Participating in project teams and contributing to various workstreams


Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Some roles may have unique onsite requirements. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific expectations for this position.
