This role is responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive organizational strategies that drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture. This role will design and oversee programs that enhance the employee experience, improve performance, and cultivate team effectiveness across all levels of the organization. With a strong emphasis on employee engagement, the position will also develop initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and execute comprehensive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance the organizational culture.
  • Lead the annual employee engagement survey and manage initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Deploy custom approaches to team-building interventions through consultation with business leadership.
  • Oversee the annual performance management process, including goal setting and year-end performance reviews.
  • Analyze and measure the impact of organizational development initiatives across the organization.

    Qualifications

    Education
    • Required Bachelor's Degree
    Experience
    • 10+ Years in organizational development, effectiveness, or communication roles Required

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of employee and team-based assessments (e.g., StrengthsFinder).Creative mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions and strategies.Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization.Ability to assess the effectiveness of various initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

  • Extra Posting Information:

    Ten or more years in organizational development, effectiveness, or communication roles.Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing employee engagement surveys.Experience designing and leading enterprise-wide performance management initiatives.Experience leading projects or programs with cross-functional teams and leading large-scale enterprise-level initiatives.

    The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range andthis hiringrange may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.
