Job Description:
Job Purpose/Objective: Drive strategy and delivery for our Smart Intake forms product. Identify use cases to solve business problems, improve efficiency and increase accuracy. Hire, retain, and support top talent.
Major Responsibilities:
Deliver software that meets business needs while maintaining a high degree of quality and availability
Coach and mentor team members
Work with business partners on requirements and implementation
Strategic planning and messaging
Problem Solving: Manage prioritization for the team balancing feature work and technical requirements such as availability and security. Determine overall direction for the product and strategic value to Fidelity. Drive schedule and sequencing for production implementations. Hire and manage the right team members.
Education and Experience:
5+ years’ experience in software delivery
Experience delivering at scale with high availability
Ability to determine and manage product roadmap
Direct leadership experience
Skills / Knowledge:
Technical understanding and experience. Specifically, web applications deployed in AWS
Application and infrastructure security
Organization and prioritization skills
Product management and backlog management
