As our Technology SupportIntern, you'll spend the 2025-2026 NBA Season assisting our audio-visual and computer support teams. In this role, you will provide office and campus technology support, helping with game day and event needs, computer imaging and deployment, and solving problems in different areas of the business.

About the Internship:

• Internship Duration: August 26, 2025 to April 24, 2026, with the potential for an extension.
• Part-time Commitment: Expect to work an average of 28 hours per week.
• Location: Portland, Oregon; this is an on-site role, not remote.
• Industry: Dive into the dynamic world of Sports & Entertainment, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into what it truly means to be part of the team behind the team.

As our Technology Support Intern, you will:

• Provide audiovisual support for organizational meetings and events, including but not limited to press conferences, Q&As, and meet-and-greets.
• Assist with set-up, operation, and striking of department equipment in meeting spaces around the RQ campus.
• Use our help desk ticketing system to track both user requests and fulfillment.
• Assist with computer deployment.
• Provide customer service to the business by solving problems for our users’ computers, IP telephones, and printers.
• Help with the maintenance of facility technology infrastructure.
• Support event and game broadcasting or other IT needs as required.
• Provide general support to the Technology department and organization as needed.

• Have experience with audio consoles, projectors, and an understanding of relevant signal flow.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Can prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive or proprietary information.
• Possess knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems (Zendesk) preferred.
• Are available to work a flexible schedule, which could include office hours, Trail Blazers home games, and evening/weekend responsibilities.
