Summary/Objective:
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Talent Partnershipsto support its influencer and talent engagement efforts across major digital campaigns and tentpole events, including the Oscars.
The Senior Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external representatives to help identify and track talent, manage communication workflows, and provide hands-on support during high-visibility events. You'll be instrumental in maintaining organization, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, contributing to initiatives that shape how The Academy shows up on social media and in cultural conversation.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Influencer Research & Roster Management
- Identify and track emerging influencer talent.
- Maintain and update bios, social metrics, and representation contacts.
- Assist in vetting talent for brand alignment.
Talent Communications & Coordination
- Track and flag key email threads and timelines.
- Support the flow of communication between internal teams and reps.
- Share daily status updates, especially ahead of major events.
Contract & Logistics Tracking
- Help manage spreadsheets for contracts, proposals, and deliverables.
- Review details for accuracy and personalization.
- Support logistics planning for live events and content moments.
- Invites & RSVP Management.
- Format digital invitations and manage RSVP forms.
- Track attendance, +1s, and event access details.
- Coordinate and track influencer gifting efforts, including recipient lists, personalization, and fulfillment.
Platform Support
- Prep and manage campaign tracking tools.
- Coordinate opt-ins and monitor deliverables.
- Pull platform and campaign metrics for internal use and post-show reporting.
On-Site & Event Support
- Be on the ground during major events to assist with talent needs.
- Troubleshoot in real time to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting influencer, talent, or social media campaigns, ideally in entertainment, events, or agency settings.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complex spreadsheets and timelines.
- Impeccable attention to detail - accuracy in names, dates, and deliverables is essential.
- Professional email and communication instincts, with a strong sense of discretion.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign tools (Tagger or similar is a plus).
- Experience coordinating with talent reps (agents, managers, publicists).
- Comfort working under pressure and shifting priorities during live events.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset. You're a team player who anticipates needs.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.)
