Job Description and Requirements
The Title Company Receptionist will be a advocate, by greeting and directing all entries into the title company.
This position will be located at 1002 River Rd Ste 400, Boerne, TX 78006
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Must be willing to commute daily to: 1002 River Rd Ste 400, Boerne, TX 78006
- Assisting title staff with Order Entry, receipting of Earnest Money Contracts and client follow up
- Handle mail distribution for Preserve Title
- All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year of previous job related work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, by phone and by email
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers
