Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist, and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team. Our business is growing, and we are seeking a Storekeeper I. This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 1st Shift, Monday– Friday.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.98-$24.34 per hour with occasional overtime available. This position also includes a 3rd Shift differential of $2.40 an hour.

Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St., Okmulgee, OK 74447.

401K, medical insurance, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance. Company provided disability coverage as well as 12 paid holidays and paid vacation.

This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000, which will be grossed-up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th day, and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180 days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Stocking inventory from receivers
  • Stock internally produced parts
  • Filling parts shortages and line stock inventory (parts needed for assembly)
  • Pull work orders for assembly and machine shop
  • Picking parts using a voice automated system
  • Pulling spare parts and building kits to be shipped
  • Empty chip hoppers and move material using lift
  • Performing daily inventory cycle counts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to follow all written and verbal work instruction, operations and procedures
  • Basic computer skills required for production management system
  • Must be able to operate a Reach Lift Truck efficiently and safely
  • Must be able to operate RF Scanners
  • Experience in performing daily inventory cycle counts

  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Must have good hand eye coordination and hand dexterity.
  • Must be physically able to use hand tools and power tools frequently.
  • Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to frequently bend and squat.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to apply 65 pounds of push/pull force.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent exposure to greases, oils, solvents, and surface coatings.
  • Must be capable of safely working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Must be able to see clearly and follow written instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    Arrowhead Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
