The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 – $60.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities
- Identifying, crafting, and implementing improvements to our current management, board of director, and committee reporting packages.
- Managing large data sets in Excel and developing reports for various collaborators.
- Assessing current process documentation to identify gaps or needs versus what is available in our new trust platform.
- Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, ensuring detailed execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Detailing business requirements and managing project plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the financial services industry. Prior experience at a trust company would distinguish the candidate. Experience working in and/or generating reporting in Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential; experience with PowerBi is a plus.
