The Role

The University Talent team is seeking to hire a Referral Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a creative problem solver, subject matter expert, standout colleague, and general “go to person” who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a combination of high-touch candidate interaction and project/process experience, as well as an ability to build and foster relationships with business leaders and decision makers across Fidelity.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Experience with early career or experienced recruiting as well as business/stakeholder management

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Effective verbal and written communicator -- experience interacting with senior leaders, key partners and executives

  • Project management skills and presentation skills preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to concisely deliver reporting data to inform opportunities and efforts

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Following defined and reportable process for executive referrals across early career and experienced talent profiles.

  • Fostering relationships with managers/BU’s/HR to build understanding of hiring needs and future opportunities.

  • Maintaining high-touch relationships with candidate interactions, including active and passive referrals to create long lasting partnerships.

  • Managing the full lifecycle experience across a variety of open roles, supporting managers/recruiters/HR and leaders to hire and retain quality candidates from referrals

  • Implementing keep warm/communication strategies and trackable data driven reporting for both referrals and referees

  • Applying knowledge of recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to align referred talent to open and opportunistic roles across the organization.

  • Maintaining positive relationships and relevant updates across multiple dimensions such as universities, regional sites, Fidelity businesses and internal and external partners.

  • Delivering a professional and efficient referral candidate experience

  • Maintaining continuous focus and dedication to ensuring diversity in our internal and external partnerships and recruiting activities

  • Driving consistent and regular communication to referees and referrals.

  • Providing career coaching, resume feedback/support, and educating on Fidelity’s business and culture for referral candidates
