Position Summary: Part time Receptionist for Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
Essential Job Functions:
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting Co-pay and payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Reconciles daily cash reports
Qualifications:
- Telephone etiquette and computer skills
- Team player
- Friendly and great customer service skills
- Must have a high school diploma and one-year plus experience in customer service.
- Being able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
Hours:
- This part-time position is evenings 5pm-8pm, weekends and Holidays.
- Shifts will vary.
- Must have evening and weekend availability.
- The Provo Urgent Care Clinic is open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.
