We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Performance Measurement and Analysis product area. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our Wealthscape platform for client servicing and support, with a focus on building strategic performance measurement capabilities.
Must be local to work Hybrid schedule in Smithfield, RI or Merrimack, NH.
You’ll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the Wealthscape platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systems
- Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale
- Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Experience in financial services and a passion for designing trading applications
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
