Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to understand their motivations, goals, pain points, and satisfaction levels with our products and services.
- Synthesize interview findings to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate research findings into design solutions.
- Assist in defining and refining research methodologies based on project needs.
- Apply strong quantitative analysis skills to analyze data collected from surveys, usability tests, and other quantitative research methods.
- Use statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in user data.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a research repository to track key insights over time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with user testing platforms such as UseBerry, Maze, UserInterviews or similar tools.
- Familiarity with digital product design and user experience principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth interviews with customers to uncover insights and pain points.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing user journeys and flows to enhance digital experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
