We're looking for a UX/UI Journey Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, visually compelling experiences that improve how teammates interact with enterprise systems. In this role, you'll design end to end digital journeys that simplify complex workflows, elevate usability, and enhance the overall teammate experience across internal platforms and tools.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
  • Design seamless, user centered journeys for internal teammate systems and digital tools.
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive UI solutions and engaging visual experiences.
  • Create wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Apply strong visual design principles to ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.
  • Partner with product, HR, IT, and development teams to turn insights into elegant solutions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to and evolve design standards, patterns, and UI components.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or journey design, preferably supporting enterprise or internal systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated strength in visual design, layout, typography, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing end to end journeys, workflows, and systems based interfaces.
  • Strong ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating cross functionally.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
