Fidelity Stock Transfer is looking for a Vice President, Account Executive to cover the Central territory of a quickly growing business. Fidelity Stock Transfer is focused on partnering with the next generation of category defining companies by acting as their transfer agent. They will collaborate closely with existing relationships a company has with Fidelity as well as build their own relationships – both with existing publicly traded companies and private companies that are preparing to go public. They will also build awareness of our value proposition with the law firms that support them, and the venture capital and private equity firms that invest in them.
What is a Transfer Agent?
A transfer agent is a regulatory requirement for all publicly traded companies. Transfer agents keep track of who owns the company’s securities and handle the administrative aspects of those ownership changes along with issuing or cancelling shares.
The Expertise You Have
Demonstrated record of enterprise sales success
Extensive experience in managing and tracking sales processes from lead to close
Knowledge of how the venture capital, private equity and capital markets system works and can quickly pick up the regulations, competitive landscapes, technology, and current trends

Extremely clear written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to run consistent repeatable sales processes
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking
Client-facing consultation and outstanding listening skills to understand need
Comfort with the ambiguity that comes with being an early sales hire for a business

This job is remote and will involve travelling 40% of the time for both client facing and internal meetings.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
