How will you make an impact in this role?

The Acquirer Product Organization defines and evolves the Acquiring strategy and product roadmaps, while leading the Enterprise through a multi-year end-to-end transformation program designed to future-proof the Acquisition ecosystem and experiences.

The Vice President, Chief of Staff leads the Acquirer Product Executive Office and is responsible for providing strategic, analytical, and operational support the and the broader organization. The Chief of Staff works closely with senior leaders and key enterprise partners to develop and execute business strategy, drive organizational planning and operating model enhancements, lead and deliver critical business initiatives, and manage talent development processes. This role reports directly to the EVP and is a critical member of the Acquirer Product Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, influencing, communication, and organizational skills. This candidate should demonstrate a proven record of working at a very fast pace and operating both independently and within a high-performing, global team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support and counsel to the EVP Acquirer Product and Deputy Head of NAS on a range of sophisticated business issues, projects, and functional topics
  • Play a thought-partner role (and over time a leadership role) on ongoing strategy efforts
  • Manage business planning and operational processes for the EVP’s office, including the day-to-day cadence of business priorities, central management of the budget, management of short- to long-term strategic deliverables, as well as talent and performance programs
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, communications, and materials for key internal and external audiences, including business unit reviews, the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and external partners
  • Facilitate content discussions with members of the Acquirer Product leadership team and business partners across the enterprise
  • Manage and participate in critical meetings, events and market visits – this includes the organization of meeting logistics, developing objectives, and preparing materials

Qualifications

  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)
  • Highly motivated leader who can work at a fast pace, creates energy and enjoys team success
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, a collaborator, a team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to translate ideas in written presentations
  • Consistent record of strategic thought leadership, critical thinking and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience managing budgets and partnering with finance
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize, solve problems independently handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to remain calm, composed, and confident under pressure
  • Exceptional integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality

Salary Range: $176,750.00 to $282,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
