The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. Global Dining is the American Express dining platform and sits within the USCS organization. Our mission is to connect the world's best restaurants with the world's best customers through a trusted and innovative global SaaS platform, built on the promise of access and unforgettable experiences.
Global Dining’s SaaS platform offers a wide range of features and functionality, managing reservations and tables, and tracking guest and restaurant data to help restaurants deliver the best hospitality to diners. Diners can discover the amazing world of restaurants thanks to our content-rich website and innovative mobile app. Our diners and Card Members are insiders, and we love having them at the table. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee a team of B2C product managers across Resy and Tock who are responsible for driving new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch
- Drive best ways of working and cultural integration of two product teams, evaluate and improve go-to-market methodologies, processes, and systems to maximize performance
- Own and develop B2C product strategy and roadmap for Resy and Tock, drive engagement on our platform and drive more demand to our partners through third party integrations
- Own integration of Resy and Tock frontend product
- Lead team of B2C Product Managers across Resy and Tock and drive best ways of working and cultural integration of two teams
- Drive strategic vision and execution of future joint consumer experience (JCE), American Express membership initiatives, and deliver new, innovative features to compete externally
- Collect market feedback with a developed understanding of customer needs to identify new products and features
- Direct budget and revenue accountability
- Understand business and regulatory objectives and customer needs and identify ways to leverage existing capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs
- Partner with technology and platform teams on modernizations and migration efforts to enhance customer experiences with a focus on flawless delivery of customer promise
- Define a scalable, skills-complete organizational structure that will support both the immediate and longer-term
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 10+ years of product management experience; including 5+ as a people manager
- Experience building B2C SaaS products and owning product roadmap in a vertical market
- Experience integrating two products
- Strategic vision and ability to execute on new global dining strategic vision
- Ability to innovate and drive new product features to compete externally
- Mastery in user experience & visual design
- Strong knowledge of user experience research methods, system design and content design
- Passion for craft and leading designers to do their best work
- Must be knowledgeable about industry technology and agile development
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills

Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
