
Vice President, Creative Services Sales Delivery Leader

We are seeking a Vice President, Creative Services Sales Delivery leader to ensure every creative promise is delivered with precision and impact. The role is a part of our Workplace Investing (WI) Sales, Optimization, Acceleration and Retention (SOAR) organization. This leader will oversee a high-performing team of designers and creative professionals. Our mission is to deliver a unique and innovative experience to our clients and prospects, while supporting our Sales and Relationship Management organizations.
As VP, you will drive the creative strategy for client and prospect engagements, lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, and champion the adoption of innovative technologies that elevate the client experience. You will collaborate across multiple business units including Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Product, and Technology to guarantee that our creative output mirrors Fidelity’s brand, values, and dedication to excellence.
The Expertise You Have
- 10+ years of experience in creative services, marketing, or design leadership
- Shown success leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales enablement, client engagement, and presentation strategy
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and sales enablement tools (preferably Seismic, Pitcher, Allego, Synthesia)
- Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and brand governance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; preferred in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
The Purpose of Your Role
You will lead all aspects of the Creative Services team in producing impactful, tailored presentation materials that align with Fidelity's key sales and retention initiatives. You will also serve as a key partner in driving innovation, automation, and process improvement across the sales enablement ecosystem.

- Partnering with Procurement, Compliance, and Marketing Technology to implement new tools and improve service delivery, quality and efficiency
- Supporting strategic client rebids and finalist presentations with tailored, high-impact creative assets
- Championing inclusive development and accessibility across all creative outputs
