
Vice President, Implementation - IWMS Client Experience

The Role
The VP, Implementation manages team of project and program managers responsible for leading client facing conversion and on-boarding projects. While the size and complexity of these projects varies, each represents a significant event for the clients we serve, is frequently the first experience clients have with Fidelity, and establishes the foundation allowing clients to achieve their growth goals. The VP supervises the project portfolio as well as ensures associates develop, positioning the organization for future success. Additionally, this person plays an instrumental role supporting sales efforts communicating the value Fidelity brings to each project.
The Team
Fidelity operates one of the largest clearing and custody businesses in the industry with nearly $4 Trillion in assets under administration serving thousands of intermediary clients including RIAs, broker dealers, banks, and family offices. The Client Experience Client Conversion Services (CCS) organization manages asset transition events for these clients. Broker Dealer conversions, advisor onboardings, mergers, acquisitions are just some of the event’s CCS manages daily. Over the last three years, CCS has led projects for our FI clients which resulted in the movement of $245B of assets to Fidelity.
Our mission is to create a differentiated on-boarding experience supporting sales and relationship managers as they focus on growth through client acquisition.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering, or a Master’s degree or Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience managing relationships (internal or external), including demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with custody and clearing clients in a proactive manner.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills able to distill complex concepts into a clear message for internal and external executive audiences.
- Passion for developing associates and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Innovative, forward-thinker who embodies the spirit of continuous improvement and is not afraid to pursue new ideas and approaches.
- Effective organizational navigator with demonstrated success building strong working relationships with key partners (technology, sales, relationship management, service leaders, etc..).
- FINRA Series 7 required and Series 24 to be acquired within the first 120 days.

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$189,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
