Overview

Fidelity Workplace Consulting (FWC) is a team of 600 professionals that provide guidance to clients on strategy, execution and management of domestic and global HR, benefits, and people programs.

FWC is one of Fidelity's fastest growing businesses and collaborates with clients across all markets that Fidelity serves. Globally, FWC consists of colleagues based in the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and UK, and we provide a range of consulting and advisory services to multinational clients. These services include:

Strategic Consulting Retirement & Financial Wellness Technology effectiveness Health Care & Well-being strategy & solutions Human Capital strategy, including rewards, employee value proposition, change management, engagement and communication. Key Responsibilities

  • As a member of the European leadership team, you will report to the London-based Head of Global Workplace Consulting. In this role, you will build expertise, consulting capabilities, and solutions in support of Fidelity multinational clients’ needs in the region. In addition, you will help drive the development of a multi-year business plan that facilitates Fidelity's global services and footprint growth in the region as well as the overall FWC strategy.
  • You will also partner with other Fidelity business unites to support product development, client retention and to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Finally, you will own client relationships and lead sales efforts to secure new clients or grow existing relationships while delivering against sales and revenue growth goals. This will require influencing and developing productive and positive relationships with Fidelity’s key internal business partners and external clients.
  • This is a player/mentor role and will be the face of the practice internally and externally.

The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • BS/BA required
  • Experience leading client assignment and development in the international benefits consulting space with deep knowledge in insured benefits, savings and retirement.
  • Solid understanding of the benefits and rewards environment
  • Fluent in English
  • 15+ years of consulting experience
  • Proven track record of working with major employers as a trusted partner in the benefits, rewards and consulting space
  • Aware of market trends and a thought leader with strong technology background
  • Executive presence and experience working with C-Suite and senior Finance, Risks and HR professionals
  • Extensive business expertise in working in large organizations with multiple business segments and partners and working across the enterprise to develop products and services and bring those to market
  • Entrepreneurship – lead development of a consulting practice, products, services, thought leadership
  • Inclusive contributor who sees the value of diversity in workforce and talent strategy
  • Ability to independently design and develop bold retirement, benefits and rewards strategy solutions (resources, frameworks, toolkits, trainings and communications) to address clients’ emerging challenges (and that is in compliance with local legal requirements)
  • Ability to work with other professional services consulting practices to develop broader client solutions
  • Collaborate with key strategic internal partners, senior client business executives, and critical external partners to drive talent strategy, product development, client attraction/retention and building additional revenue sources to ensure sustainable growth
  • Experience in leading large scale projects, including defining scope, budgets, and solutions while balancing competing priorities
  • Has high standards, drives excellence, and takes a practical, creative/innovative approach to human capital and talent management
