We are currently looking for a VP of Health Care Analytics to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insights related to sales support, product pricing, margin optimization, provider network evaluations, claims data analysis, and client financial reconciliations
- Lead opportunity and pricing evaluations for new and existing clients.
- Build forecasting models that evaluate product profitability under different scenarios
- Monitor client specific margins; build and validate IBNR Models for each client by integrating claims and auth data systems. Identify cost drivers, utilization trends, and performance variances to improve profitability.
- Design dashboards and KPI frameworks to track performance against financial goals.
- Partner with finance to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.
- Create client/market specific network profiles to support network pricing optimization, contracting and network design.
- Lead analytics to support monitoring changes in network adequacy, referral patterns and leakage trends.
- Partner closely with claims team to oversee clients claim data acquisition to support opportunity analysis, shared saving incentive measurement and leakage validation, including developing analytic frameworks to standardize claims analysis models across all products and clients
- Collaborate with IT and Reporting to ensure timely access to high-quality, structured claims data.
- Direct client-specific reporting and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables for external stakeholders)
- Manage audit responses and support reconciliations tied to value-based agreements, ASO clients, or shared savings contracts.
- Ensure appropriate tracking of settlements, incentive payments, and performance guarantees.
- Act as a senior liaison with client analytics teams and external stakeholders.
