The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven TPA Consultant to focus and support our TPA relationships in the East Core Market sales region, as well as internal and external constituents to develop TPA proposal and sale opportunities. This role is central to our mission of delivering collaborate sales initiatives, exceptional service, and expanding our presence in the TPA marketplace. You’ll be the go-to partner for Core Market Account Executives, Advisor Consultants, Managing Directors, and other business leaders to help them thrive through tailored solutions and collaborative engagement with TPAs.

Are you ready to lead and transform how Fidelity works with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)?

This is not just a consultant role—it’s an active growth role. You’ll be supporting the foundation for a program that will shape the future of our TPA partnerships, bringing innovation, structure, and strategy to a space ripe for evolution.

  • Strategic Account Support
Provide dedicated coverage and relationship management for TPAs firms in the East sales region, including local, regional, and national TPAs, and ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

  • TPA and Team Development
Educate and support TPA firms as we further collaborate with TPAs for solutions with Fidelity’s products. Work with the sales teams and Advisor Consultant team to develop new advisor relationships for sales executives and TPAs to drive growth and collaboration.

  • Sales & Retention Enablement
Collaborate with service teams to drive retention and growth across Core Market with a focus on 3(16) fiduciary services and TPA-aligned solutions.

  • Program Development & Innovation
Contribute to the evolution of our TPA program by identifying opportunities for efficiency, deeper collaboration, and scalable success.

The Experience and Skills You Bring

  • Experience in TPA relationship management, retirement services, or strategic account support.

  • Strong understanding of advisory-based business models and fiduciary services.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact relationships with professionalism and agility.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building programs that serve both partners and clients.

This is a high-visibility role supporting some of our most critical partners. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we work with TPAs, creating pathways for mutual success, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.

The Team

Fidelity Workplace Investing Sales is a collaborative and fast paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the TPA Program team and ultimately the selling teams to drive sales and grow long term relationships with TPAs, plan sponsors, and trusted advisors. You will play a large role in supporting strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and inspiring business partners to accelerate Fidelity’s market growth with TPAs.

The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $175,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

These benefits include comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well-being support, market-leading retirement, generous paid time off and parental leave, charitable giving employee match program, and educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career.
