VP, Brokerage Customer and Offering Strategy
The VP, Self-Directed Investing Offering Strategy, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brokerage business. This individual will lead the development and execution of customer-centric strategies, drive innovation in our product and service offerings, and ensure we deliver exceptional value to our self-directed brokerage customers. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep brokerage industry experience, and a proven track record of strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive brokerage customer strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Lead the design and evolution of new self-directed brokerage and investment solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead our Family Engagement and Generational Wealth Transitioning strategy. Analyze customer data, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless and innovative customer experiences, including go-to-market, value proposition, and fulfillment plans
Champion a culture of experimentation and speed to market
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, provides insights and actionable recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Series 7 or 24 preferred
Product and offering concept development, experimentation, and road map planning
10+ years of experience in brokerage, wealth management, or financial services, with a focus on customer strategy, product management, or offering development
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of brokerage products, customer segments, and regulatory landscape
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization and build strong business partner relationships
Data-focused approach to decision making, in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.
