Required Related Experience

a. Manage event-related promotion (social media posts, email campaigns, flyer design, and promotion throughout CoD and UK campus).

b. Provide event-related logistical support (pre-setup, seating, etc.)
c. Assist faculty in researching and planning for a symposium-related workshop

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lb.



Shift

Variable shift, up to 10 hrs/week.



Job Summary

1. Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Design Symposium:

a. Manage event-related promotion (social media posts, email campaigns, flyer design, and promotion throughout CoD and UK campus).

b. Provide event-related logistical support (pre-setup, seating, etc.)

2. Symposium-related Workshop:

a. Assist faculty in researching and planning for a symposium-related workshop

3. Materials research (literature review, historical practices etc)
