Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and set up of federal government contracts into Deltek Costpoint contracts &amp; accounting software system</li><li>Billing and reporting of Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&amp;M federal government contracts</li><li>Monitoring of contract performance</li><li>Preparation of government compliance support schedules</li><li>General ledger and job cost ledger reconciliations</li><li>Support annual Incurred Cost and Provisional Billing Rate submissions</li><li>Support audit activities with the customer, DCAA, and/or DCMA</li><li>Implement automation of accounting operations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting courses</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>At least 2 years of progressive experience with federal government contract accounting including indirect rate analysis</li><li>Experience billing Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&amp;M payments in a government contracting environment</li><li>Working knowledge and understanding of the FAR, DFAR and CAS guidelines/procedures</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals</li><li>Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office software</li><li>Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Candidates who have the following skills will be preferred</li><li>Experience using Deltek Costpoint</li></ul>*Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment.<h4>Benefits</h4>SciTec offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including:<ul><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)</li><li>3% Fully Vested Company 401K Contribution (no employee contribution required) </li><li>100% company paid HSA Medical insurance, with a choice of 2 buy-up options</li><li>80% company paid Dental insurance</li><li>100% company paid Vision insurance</li><li>100% company paid Life insurance</li><li>100% company paid Long-term Disability insurance</li><li>Short-term Disability insurance</li><li>Annual Profit-Sharing Plan</li><li>Discretionary Performance Bonus</li><li>Paid Parental Leave</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off, including Holiday, Vacation, and Sick Pay</li><li>Flexible Work Hours</li></ul>The pay range for this position is $71,000 - $107,000 / year.
