POSITION SUMMARY The Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all computer and server-based systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Installs and maintains all operating systems, utilities, compilers and network software on all computer/server platforms. Manages and supports the DNS, DHCP and all Windows Active Directory Schema and Infrastructure across all College domains. Manages, installs and supports all imaging document systems and applications. Works collaboratively with faculty to support the academic computing environment.
Manages disk storage on all platforms. Provides technical support to faculty and staff. Establishes standards for accounts. Adds accounts when approved. Monitors systems performance and adjusts system parameters as necessary. Monitors system usage for unauthorized access attempts and reports violations to senior management in the department. Works collaboratively with computer technicians in the planning, distribution and installation of all software components and network infrastructure. Manages, supports and maintains Windows-based Web Servers. Manages, maintains and supports vCenter, virtual machines and virtual infrastructure.

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Portland office for a Legal Support Assistant to support our legal administrative assistants (LAAs). The selected individuals will provide support with document production, accounting and billing functions, new matters, client file organization, records management, and closing transactions. Candidates considered must be able to work well both independently and within a team and have demonstrated experience maintaining high-quality work products in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is 5 days a week in the office. The selected individual will work within a team of LAAs, sharing overflow responsibility and support to all timekeepers assigned to the team.
Incumbents in this role are integral members of the firm's legal administrative support team. As Legal Support Assistants (LSAs), they work collaboratively within the firm's workflow management system, providing essential task support under the supervision of Legal Administrative Assistants (LAAs) and fee earners. Success in the position requires strong administrative skills, sound judgment, and the ability to take initiative. Your Role:
 As a Legal Support Assistant, you will assist with general and legal administrative responsibilities such as: 
<ul>
<li>Preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and documents</li>
<li>Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (scan/route)</li>
<li>Copy/print, label, and assemble binders/files</li>
<li>Maintain office space and equipment</li>
<li>Filing documents manually and electronically</li>
<li>Entering time and preparing and submitting expense reports</li>
</ul>

Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential to be successful in this position.
The salary range for this position is from $52,000 to $62,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
