Performs highly complex tasks involving planning, designing, programming, installation, and maintenance of college systems. This position is a member of a 24/7/365 global department with travel within the LSC service area and the availability of on-call scheduling.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Identity and Access Management (IAM):· Leveraging IAM solutions and related tools for ERP Role Automation.· Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data.· Monitor and audit access controls and IAM systems to detect and respond to unauthorized access.· Perform regular reviews of user access rights and roles to ensure compliance with security policies.2. ERP Security Administration:· Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and controls for ERP applications.· Configure and maintain user profiles, roles, and permissions in ERP system.· Monitor and audit security logs to identify and mitigate security threats.· Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security of ERP applications.· Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary improvements.3. Workflow Administration:· Design, implement, and manage workflow processes within ERP and other integrated systems.· Ensure workflow processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.· Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow processes.· Collaborate with business units to understand and fulfill workflow requirements.4. Where your salary offer would fall in that range is determined by your related experience and education.
