<h4>How you will change lives</h4>As a Dialysis Facility Administrator (FA) at US Renal Care, you will directly impact the quality of care our patients receive by being responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. You will report to the first line regional operational management (Area Director, Regional Director, or VP Operations, depending on the region). <h4>What you'll be doing</h4>Operational Excellence. You will keep the clinic running smoothly by planning patient and staff scheduling to maintain effective staffing levels, ensure all staff meet required qualifications, and implement processes to improve patient health and minimize missed treatments or hospitalizations. You will ensure the highest quality care and achieve goals for corporate quality targets and patient outcomes by leading and promoting the quality management program, including education, staff involvement, QAPI meetings, and quality improvement committees. You will make sure patient needs are met by responding to inquires or complaints, ensuring the highest customer care. You will review and take action on any incident report, as required, and report at the monthly QAPI meeting. You will ensure a safe and sanitary environment, making sure all equipment is maintained, an appropriate inventory of supplies is available, and assisting with any tasks related to maintenance and cleaning of equipment and supplies. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Registrar and Director of Admissions &amp; Records, the candidate will work collaboratively with all departments to support the adoption and effective use of Dyersburg State Community College’s CRM platform, Slate. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate CRM architecture that reflects Dyersburg State’s student recruitment/admissions funnel and student success retention strategies. The CRM Administrator facilitates development and delivery of enrollment management print and email-based communications. They will also contribute to development and roll out of CRM system by training/educating new users, providing input to technical solutions, exploring/implementing previously unused features, and serve as the CRM expert and also maintaining Axiom.
All duties require tasks to be performed at a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Daily administration and support of Dyersburg State Community College’s CRM platform including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, portals, etc.</li>
<li>Keep current on newly released Slate features and tools to routinely assess unused resources and recommend relevant projects and feature enhancements for enrollment management. Oversee all aspects of feature and process design and implementation to meet assigned deadlines and strategic needs.</li>
<li>Work with data management systems, such as Banner and transition student information from outside sources to complete prospect/inquiry/applicant/admit profiles.</li>
<li>Administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards.</li>

<li>Create, manage, and refine custom reports and dashboards.</li>
