You will review lab results and provide appropriate education for nutritional interventions on such topics as fluid and sodium, potassium, and CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management. You will also conduct patient assessments and care planning activities, as well as participating in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences. Teamwork.
