POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Legal Recruiter to join our fully remote team. This role will primarily focus on direct-hire legal recruiting, partnering with law firms and corporate legal departments to identify, attract, and place top legal talent. While direct-hire recruitment will be the primary responsibility, the recruiter will also support temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based legal staffing initiatives as client needs dictate.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of legal recruiting experience and a demonstrated track record of direct-hire placement. We look for our recruiters to possess strong business development, candidate management, and consultative recruiting skills, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with attorneys, paralegals, legal support professionals, and hiring managers. Success in this role is measured by the quality of placements, client satisfaction, and relationship development—not by rigid activity quotas or excessive KPI tracking.
