The individual will help drive report accuracy and consistency, improving overall regulatory reporting processes through enhanced governance to ensure accurate and timely reporting.How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Assist, support, and manage the execution of the Regulatory Reporting Interpretive Office framework.</li><li>Accurate interpretation and documentation of reporting instructions to ensure reporting requirements and appropriate data elements are captured and adhered to.</li><li>Work closely, coordinate, and collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts and Regulatory Reporting leaders to review and evaluate control environment, updating risk assessment of reports and risk control matrix.</li><li>Tracking, monitoring, and actioning regulatory reporting items requiring interpretation and proper implementation as needed.</li><li>Assist in formulating responses to inquiries from the Federal Reserve, other regulators, and key internal stakeholders, while supporting our strong working relationships and communication with the various regulators.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide career development opportunities for Regulatory Reporting team members.</li><li>Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Auditing, or Risk Management</li><li>Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment</li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. Regulatory and U.S. GAAP requirements</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive projects, and work well under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong written/oral communication, relationship building, presentation and collaboration skills</li><li>Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels and stakeholders of an organization including senior leadership/officers, as well as with external regulators and auditors</li><li>Bachelor’s degree </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience assisting with the preparation of Regulatory Reports required by FRB, including FR Y-9C, Call Report (FFIEC 031), FR2052a, and FR Y-14</li><li>Knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies and standard processes </li><li>Graduate degree, CPA/Chartered Accountant, or similar qualification</li></ul>Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
