Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research Education Center with every other Friday off. You will manage historic properties, objects, and landscapes within the built environment of the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) in compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), along with preserving the historic record of the INL through oral history and heritage documentation. Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Security Systems Technician to work in our Physical Security Systems department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Central Facilities and Materials and Fuels Complex with every Friday off. You will perform preventative maintenance (PM) work orders (WO), corrective maintenance WO’s, and modification installation WO’s for complex electronic intrusion detection, video assessment, access control, and other security equipment related work.&nbsp;You will report directly to the manager of the Physical Security Systems department. Responsibilities Include: <ul><li>Actively participate in INL briefings and post job reviews.</li><li>Ensure that only approved supplies, parts, and materials are used per the work package. Identify needed spare parts for PSS equipment.</li><li>Implement Physical Security Systems (PSS) equipment labeling practices following company and PSS procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
