Under the supervision of the procurement training and development manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing staff knowledge, promoting compliance with state procurement regulations, and ensuring consistent application of procurement policies and procedures across the agency. The specialist will assist in identifying training needs, developing instructional materials, facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, and supporting onboarding efforts for new staff.
